Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paperbud is a subscription to a digital design tool. This policy explains cancellation, renewals and when refunds apply.
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal linked from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, and you keep access to already generated designs.
2. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically in USD until cancelled. Monthly design allowances reset each period and do not carry over. There are no credits, top-ups or stored balances to refund.
3. Refunds
- Because plans deliver immediate access to a digital tool, fees for a completed period are generally non-refundable.
- If you are charged in error, or a technical fault prevented you from using the service for a material part of a period, contact us and we will review a pro-rated refund in good faith.
- Unused monthly design allowance is not refundable, as it is service capacity rather than a stored balance.
- If a design does not meet your expectations, regenerate or adjust it within your plan first — that is usually the fastest fix.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights in your country. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, note that by starting to generate designs immediately you may be agreeing that the digital service begins before any withdrawal period ends.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@budconsto.shop from your account email with the charge date and reason. We aim to respond within one business day (Europe/London).
