Acceptable Use Policy

You must not generate or upload, or use Paperbud to reproduce:

• Copyright-protected characters, artwork, illustrations or photographs you do not have rights to.
• Third-party brand names, logos, trademarks or trade dress.
• Real people's likenesses without their permission, or the likenesses of public figures.
• Protected fonts or assets you are not licensed to use.

You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to any reference material you upload.

You must not use Paperbud to create:

• Counterfeit or knock-off goods, packaging or labels that imitate another brand.
• Forged identity documents, certificates, tickets, currency, official forms or government documents.
• Anything intended to deceive, defraud or impersonate.

Do not create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, that endangers minors, or that promotes violence. Do not use Paperbud to advertise regulated goods such as tobacco, alcohol, vaping, lottery or gambling products, or any physical product that Paperbud does not sell.

Do not attempt to breach security, scrape at scale, resell access, or circumvent plan limits. Do not resell generated templates as your own stock library beyond the rights granted in the Content License.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and report unlawful activity where required. Report abuse to support@budconsto.shop.
